WARRANTY
At Carson, we value customer satisfaction above all else. It’s why Carson Optical offers limited warranties on our products that cover defects in materials and workmanship.
Our limited warranty does NOT cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper care.
Please refer to our Warranty Policy and Warranty Procedure below for information regarding the type of warranty we offer for each product, and the steps necessary to claim a warranty.

USA Warranty Procedure
- No merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Failure to obtain an RA will prevent processing of the warranty claim.
- To request an RA you can either FILL OUT the warranty form below and our team will reply back from info@carson.com to start your warranty process. If you prefer, you can call our USA corporate offices during regular business hours at +1-631-963-5000.
- You MUST provide proof of purchase. A receipt or other dated proof of purchase must be included with merchandise for a warranty claim to be processed. Please send a check or money order for $15.00 to cover shipping and handling. (*No fee for 3D/ED binoculars.)
- Package the return carefully. Shipments will not be reimbursed for damages due to insufficient packaging, even if the merchandise is insured. Print the RA number prominently on the top of the package.
- Prepay Shipping. Insure the package. Send to: Carson Warranty Service, 2070 5th Avenue Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. Merchandise must be sent prepaid. Carson will not accept merchandise C.O.D.
